A Visit from Santa: The Feel State Connection
It was a brisk December afternoon at Feel State Florissant, and the dispensary was bustling with holiday cheer.
Little did Nick, the General Manager, know that a very special visitor was making his way from the North Pole to Missouri.
Santa Claus had been keeping tabs on Feel State Florissant’s impact on the community.
He’d heard through the holiday grapevine that Nick and his team had been doing an exceptional job—not just serving customers but creating a space that felt warm, inviting, and genuinely connected to the neighborhood.
So, Santa decided to make an appearance.
Decked out in his iconic red suit, Santa strolled into Feel State, drawing wide-eyed stares from customers and staff alike. He made his way over to Nick, who stood there, still in a bit of shock. With a jolly laugh, Santa clapped Nick on the shoulder and said, "You, my friend, have been doing an excellent job. You've brought joy to this community and made people feel at home, which is truly magical. I had to come down and thank you personally."
Nick, grinning ear to ear, invited Santa to take a walk around the building.
As they strolled, Nick shared stories about the events, pop-ups, and efforts the Feel State team had made to create a welcoming community space. Santa listened intently, nodding approvingly.
Before continuing on his merry way, Santa pulled out a hand-rolled gift of his own and handed it to Nick. "Consider this a little holiday bonus," Santa chuckled.
They snuck away to a nice warm place to share a smoke, toasting to community spirit, warmth, and the unexpected surprises that make the season special.
And that year, Santa left Feel State Florissant knowing he’d been a part of something just as magical as the North Pole.
